Angreifer können Lücken in e2fsprogs nutzen, um einen Systemabsturz zu verursachen. Der Virtualisierungsspezialist hat diverse Updates zur Verfügung gestellt. Betroffen sind ESX Server 2.5.5 und 2.5.4. Der Hersteller empfiehlt das Einspielen von ESX Server 2.5.5 Upgrade Patch 5 oder ESX Server 2.5.4 Upgrade Patch 16
