Bei allen Unternehmen die per Verordnung für volkswirtschaftlich bedeutsam erklärt würden könnte der Staat künftig vorschreiben mit welchen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen Cyberangriffe abgewehrt werden müssen. Das Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI) soll zur Aufsichtsbehörde aufgewertet werden
