Der HP 2133 Mini-Note PC mit einer Bildschirmgröße von 8,9 Zoll wird in Europa ab Mai zunächst nur in Großbritannien zu Preisen ab 300 britischen Pfund erhältlich sein. Wann der HP 2133 in Deutschland und in anderen Schlüsselmärkten Europas eingeführt wird, steht noch nicht fest

noch bis Ende 2008 wird Intel den Nachfolger des aktuellen Dual-Core-Itanium-2 Montvale mit dem Codenamen Tukwila“ vorstellen. Der erste Quad-Core-Prozessor aus der Itanium-Serie wird auf eine Common-Plattform setzen, die sich auch mit künftigen Xeon-MPs auf Nehalem-Basis nutzen lässt. Entsprechend setzt Tukwila auf das neue Prozessorbus-Interface QuickPath, verwendet integrierte Speicher-Controller und nutzt Chipsatz-Synergien mit künftigen Xeon-MP-CPUs

The MSA2000fc features a high-performance 4Gb Fibre Channel connected array. It allows customers to grow their storage as demands increase up to 14.4TB SAS or 36TB SATA, supporting up to 64 hosts for Fibre Channel attach. Additional capacity can easily be added when needed by attaching up to three MSA2000 12-bay drive enclosures.

auf der „HP Technology@Work 2008“ in Barcelona hat Hewlett-Packard mit dem ProLiant DL785 G5 seinen ersten 8-Sockel-Server mit AMDs Opteron-Quad-Core-Prozessoren (Barcelona) vorgestellt. Mit den derzeitigen 4-GByte-DDR2-RAMModulen kommt man auf bis zu 256 GByte Hauptspeicher. Später sind bei Verfügbarkeit der 8-GByte-DIMMs bis zu 512 GByte Hauptspeicher möglich
