Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI) – a critical vulnerability in OpenSSL 3.0 is reported to have been fixed on Tuesday 1st November 2022 to be patched

The OpenSSL project team would like to announce the forthcoming release of OpenSSL version 3.0.7 – this release will be made available on Tuesday 1st November 2022 between 1300-1700 UTC

The OpenSSL project team has marked this vulnerability as critical but said it will not impact versions of OpenSSL prior to 3.0
