Microsoft Windows 11 24H2/25H2 KB5067036 – Task Manager process might continue to run in background after app is closed

After opening the command line ideally with administrator rights the command taskkill.exe /im taskmgr.exe /f is sufficient to terminate all running Task Manager instances
